All radio equipment will be shipped via USPS priority Mail. Other items, depending on size will be shipped via priority mail, media mail or first class.
Occasionally a customer will order a product that is not what he/she wanted or expected. Simply contact us at 1-937-299-7226 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays) within 30 days of shipping date and we will credit you for further purchases. Returned items must be received in new condition and in the original carton or be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST HAVE A WRITTEN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Should you receive a damaged shipping carton, ask the USPS wait while you inspect the contents. If there is damage, refuse the package and immediately call us at 1-937-867-1490 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays 11AM to 4PM Eastern time)
Check the warranty packed with your equipment and follow the procedures for warranty service. Bearcat has a service center in Fort Worth, TX and you can call them at 800-620-7531, or you can call 937-299-7226 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays) and we will advise you of the service center for your equipment. DO NOT RETURN EQUIPMENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Sales of books and frequency disks are FINAL. No returns will be accepted. Prices subject to change without notice.
